WRITE DOWN WHAT HAPPENED AND SAY WHERE AND WHEN IT TOOK PLACE AND ANY DAMAGE THAT YOU FEEL MAY HAVE OCCURRED. IF THE CLUB IS OPEN LEAVE THE MESSAGE WITH THE BAR STAFF OTHERWISE EMAIL THE SECRETARY.
